LG enjoyed tremendous success with the LG KP500 Cookie, which was marketed as an affordable touch screen mobile phone – this has played a huge part in the creation of the LG POP GD510, which is hoping to appeal to the same audience; except it is not the world’s most affordable touch screen, but instead the world’s smallest.
The first images in my mind upon hearing this news was that the LG POP GD510 might resemble the match box sized mobile phone used as a prop in the movie Zoolander – however I’m pleased to say that it really isn’t fiddly or awkward at all. It has a small but efficient 3 inch WGVGA display, which is possible on a handset this size because the only actual button on the phone is found on the bottom corner. This button will return you to the home screen, of which there are actually three!
The first home screen has got all of your favourite shortcuts, as well as any widgets you want to use; we can just drag and drop them to customize the screen, then, (a feature which I love by the way,) we shake the phone lightly and the icons snap to a grid.
The second home screen has the phone numbers and photos of each of your contacts who you want to have quick access to for text messaging, emailing and of course calling them.
The final home screen is the LG LiveSquare page – which includes your most recently used contacts, all with their own little avatar. Sure, it is pretty similar to the second screen, but I don’t mind; I like how some of the avatars are of animals – a very nice little novelty.
In short the LG POP GD510′s 87 grams are a lot of fun with room for customisation, and it is well worth having a look at if small phones are your thing.

I've not been able to find many reviews of this yet from the likes of CNET and Stuff. Was hoping to get something top compare to your comments above. It's small but is it poweful enoguh and will my teenage son hate me for getting something like this rather than an iPhone.
The only other reivew I've found is on T3.com and they only give it 3 stars@
